ISO 9001:2015 CERTIFICATION

In April 2018, the certification of our company based on the criteria of the international standard for ISO 9001: 2015 by TÜV AUSTRIA Hellas was successfully completed.

The philosophy of our company is fully oriented to the requirements of the standard in order to continuously improve its functions and the quality of its products and services.

The company is committed to its partners, and to the consumers, in the continuous improvement of the quality of its products, services and all its activities.

These result in an improvement that contributes to fewer products or services that do not meet the prescribed requirements, and therefore fewer customer complaints.

By certifying the quality system we aim at upgrading and developing our products and services, setting measurable units and timetables for all our work, and monitoring the progress of our strategic, financial and operational goals, in order to increase the satisfaction of our customers and partners and our competitiveness in the ever-evolving global economic environment.

With respect to our partners, we are constantly upgrading our services so that we are ready to always offer quality products and services.

FSC® Chain of Custody CERTIFICATION

In July 2018, our company successfully completed the certification of the international forest management standard FSC® Chain of Custody by TÜV AUSTRIA Hellas Certification Body.

The standard, issued by the International Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®), sets out the requirements that businesses need to fulfill in order to be environmentally responsible and to engage in responsible forest management.

Certification in accordance with the requirements of the standard, enables members of the chain to purchase and sell products that comes from forests with responsible management, controlled sources, recycled materials or a combination of them.

The FSC® certification provides the seamless link between responsible forest management and the consumption of forest-based products (such as paper) by promoting an environmentally sound, socially beneficial and economically viable management of the planet's forests.

At the same time, it allows businesses to add value to their products, and consumers to purchase products that protect the environment and human value, thereby helping to properly manage the natural resources, increasing their competitive advantage in a rapidly growing eco-market.

ISO 14001:2015 CERTIFICATION

Ιn May 2021 the certification of our company based on the criteria of the international standard for ISO 14001:2015 by TÜV AUSTRIA Hellas was successfully completed.
